A founding principal of The Heimat Group, Jim is responsible for leading the firms overall execution strategy.  With a passion for developing personal relationships and exceeding client expectations through diligent and responsive service, Jim has built a reputation based on integrity and authenticity. Jim’s wide ranging experience in management, construction and development are a cornerstone of the firm.

Prior to founding Heimat, Jim built and lead successful ventures with a leading Wisconsin based development group.
